These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cartraders platform and services operated by Ecommerce Ventures LTD T/A Cartraders.co.uk ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

Our services are available to FCA-registered motor dealers operating in the United Kingdom. By registering for an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information provided during registration is accurate.

3. Account Registration

You must register for an account to access our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Fees and Payment

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' written notice.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cartraders facilitates connections between motor dealers. We are not a party to any transaction between dealers and accept no liability for the quality, legality, or safety of vehicles traded through the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Cartraders platform remain the property of Ecommerce Ventures LTD T/A Cartraders.co.uk. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
