Is there a contract?
No. Everything is month-to-month. Cancel any time from the dashboard or email us — we don't make you jump through hoops.
What does the £299 setup cover?
Domain setup, branded theme configuration, marketplace feed onboarding, data import from your existing system, and a 1:1 training session for your team. Most dealers are live within 5 working days.
Do I need both products?
No. The trading app and the web platform work standalone. Dealers who use both get a tighter workflow — list once, decide if it's a trade deal or a public sale, and the data flows.
Who counts as a verified trader?
UK-based dealers in cars, vans, motorcycles, caravans or commercial vehicles. We verify VAT/trade docs, motor trade insurance, and trading address. Sole traders welcome.
Can I import existing customer data?
Yes — CSV from any system, or paper records we'll digitise as part of onboarding for an extra fee. The DMS is built specifically to replace paper diaries.
Is ad spend included in marketing packages?
No — ad spend is paid direct to Meta, TikTok, Google etc. Our fee is the management. We'll recommend a starting budget on the strategy call.
